Introducing Tiny {Heartfelt} Sentiments

Are you ready for something brand new? Well I have 2 new products that I'll be adding to the Boutique this week : )

I'm going to preview one of them for you today, preview the second one for you tomorrow and add them both to the Boutique on Thursday.

The first one is a set of sentiments and an addition to the 'Tiny Sentiments' series.
 It's called 'Tiny {Heartfelt} Sentiments'.
And these are the sentiments ...

The details ...
- the set contains 24 sentiments
- they print as 24 sentiments on a sheet of A4, ready for you to cut or punch out
- the retail price will be £1.49.

And you can find 'Tiny Heartfelt Sentiments' *here* in the Boutique.

And here's how I created the cards I made to show them off to you : )

TUTORIAL

I started by printing one of the 'Kraft Organics' card shades onto both sides of an A4 sheet of 300gsm ribbed white card. (I used shade no 2.) I trimmed it to create a 135mm square card blank and rounded one of the corners using my WRMK Corner Chomper. I made three cards so I did this three times.

I then tore strips of handmade paper, printed with the 'Daisy Bouquet' design from the Colour Collection in 'Willow', 'Tangerine' and 'Daffodil' and fastened them to my card blanks.

And I added my sentiments, from the new 'Tiny {Heartfelt} Sentiments', and printed onto 300gsm white card, finishing one edge with some decorative, freestyle machine stitching.

I then added my only embellishment - a Prima flower in a colour to match my papers, which I had trimmed with a button threaded with Cream Kraft Button String.

To finish, I added card inserts in colours to match my papers.

And voila! Done : )

As usual, I'm doing a New Product GiveAway : )

So if you'd like to win both of the products I'm releasing this week, simply leave a comment on either this, or tomorrow's release post. Or both if you like. Every comment will be entered into the draw to select the winner. And I'll select and announce the winner here on the blog as the products go live on the web site on Thursday.
*** Random winner now selected. Comments are now closed.***
Happy Valentine's Day : )

  30. Oh blast, where did I put that ribbed card that I've had in my stash for years?????!!!

  31. Gorgeous cards Liz. Stylish and elegant. You mention that you used 300 gsm ribbed white card. If you don't my asking, what brand is it?

I have so many of your CDs and downloads and find my self using your designs time and again.

Don't know why but I've had to use Internet Explorer to leave comments. There's just a big white space if I try my usual browser Firefox. The vagaries of IT lol!

    1. Hi Pauline,

I bought the card from ebay. It isn't always available. But when I do see it, I buy it! I generally just do a quick search and see if there's anything that I like.
      http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=ribbed+card&_sacat=See-All-Categories
And I'll take a look at the browser issue. Thank you for letting me know : )

    2. Hi Liz,

Browsing with IE again. Maybe it's because the version of Firefox I use is an older one (v3.6.27), while IE is v9.I think I need to update my Kaspersky IS from KIS 2010 to KIS 2012 before I install a newer version of Firefox due to compatibility issues.

Anyway, enough of IT. Thank you for the ebay link. I'll keep checking and buy when I see what I'm after.

      Hugs, Pauline x
